Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Red Mountain Services LLC, which runs KeepSite ("we", "us"). They cover keepsite.cc, the free website previews we build, and the paid plans. By starting a preview or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.

1. The service

You type your business name, we build a preview website from your public Google business profile (or from details you enter by hand), and you decide whether to keep it. If you keep it, we host it, keep it running and make changes when you text us.

Every plan includes: the website, hosting, SSL, backups, lead alerts by text and email, changes by text (done within 48 hours), a monthly report by text, and Google and AI search setup (structured data, service pages and a sitemap).

Not included: texting your own customers, an AI chat widget, and running or managing ads.

2. Free previews

• A preview costs nothing and needs no card.
• A preview stays up for 7 days. After that it comes down. You can ask us to bring it back, and we restore it for 48 hours.
• The preview link is private to you. Anyone you share it with can see it.
• Previews show your public Google business profile, reviews and photos live from Google. See section 9.

3. Plans and prices

• Keep it is one plan with everything in section 1 included. You choose how to pay: monthly or yearly.
• Paid monthly is month to month. There is no contract.
• Paid yearly covers 12 months for $2,970, which is 2 months free compared with paying monthly. It renews every year until you cancel. Refunds for a yearly payment are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Switching to yearly: if you pay monthly and switch, the yearly price starts at your next renewal.
• Google profile tune-up: we update your categories, services, hours and photos on Google and link your new site. One time.
• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required.
• Checkout shows the price and the renewal terms next to the pay button, and asks you to accept these terms before you pay.

4. Billing

• Stripe processes every payment. Monthly and yearly payments charge the card on file at the start of each billing period, automatically, until you cancel.
• Stripe emails a receipt for each charge, with how to cancel.
• If a payment fails, we let you know and Stripe tries again. If it is still unpaid 7 days later, we may take your site offline until the card is updated. Updating the card brings it back.
• We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change on your plan. You can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Cancel online anytime

Cancel online in about a minute: open Manage billing or cancel, enter the email you paid with, and follow the link Stripe sends you. You can also update your card and see invoices there, or email help@keepsite.cc and we will do it for you.

• Canceling stops the next charge. You keep the service through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Hosting only: when you cancel, we may offer to keep your site online for $39 a month. Your site stays up and the quote form still emails you. It does not include changes, texts from us (lead alerts or the monthly report), or anything else in section 1. It renews every month until you cancel, and you can switch back to Keep it anytime.
• After the plan ends, your site stays online for 7 days, then goes offline. We keep your site content for at least 90 days after that, so you can come back or buy it out, then delete it.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. The words on your site

• AI writes the first draft of your site from your public info. John checks every site before it goes live.
• We do not make up facts about your business: no fake reviews, and no years in business, licenses, awards, prices or guarantees unless you give them to us.
• You are responsible for the facts you add or approve, such as license numbers, years in business, service areas and prices, and for having the right to use the logos, photos and customer reviews you send us.
• You can change anything by texting us. We make the change within 48 hours.

7. Who owns what

• Yours from day one: your domain name, business name, logo, photos, the reviews you provide, and the words on your site. Ask anytime and we will send you a copy.
• The site itself: while you are on Keep it, we own the site design and code and host it for you. After 12 paid months of Keep it, the site is yours too. A yearly payment counts as 12 months. Ask and we will send you an export of the site (static files) to host anywhere. Hosting and service with us continue only while you keep paying for them.
• Buy it out sooner: anytime before then, you can buy the site out for $997, less $100 for each month of Keep it you have paid, but never less than $297. Months on hosting only do not count.
• Domains: you register and own your domain. We help you point it at your site. If you don't have one, you start on a free address from us that you can replace with a domain anytime.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• claim a business you do not own or manage, or impersonate anyone;
• ask us to publish anything false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, hateful or adult;
• use the service to send spam or to collect information from people without their consent;
• try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the service.

We may take down content or end the service for anyone who breaks these rules, with a refund of any unused prepaid period when the law requires it.

9. Google Maps content

Previews include Google Maps features and content. Your use of them is subject to the current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Live customer sites show only content you provide, plus a link to your Google listing.

10. Texts and email

Texts are covered by our SMS Terms. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

11. No guarantee of results

We build sites to load fast on phones and to be readable by Google and AI assistants, but we cannot promise rankings, calls, leads or sales. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not let us exclude. We aim to keep your site online but do not promise it will never go down.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Ending the service

You can cancel anytime as described in section 5. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or right away if you break these terms or do not pay. If we end it without cause, we refund any unused prepaid period and send you an export of your site content.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and both sides agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email or text at least 30 days before it applies to them.
