These terms cover text messages from KeepSite, a service of Red Mountain Services LLC.
The program
KeepSite website texts. John at KeepSite texts business owners about the website preview they asked for, and about their website if they become a customer.
- The link you asked for: your preview link, sent right away.
- Follow-ups while your preview is up (7 days): offers to change things, a heads-up before it comes down, and replies when you text back.
- If you become a customer: steps to get your site live, quote requests from your website, your monthly report, change confirmations and billing notices.
Texts come from (205) 583-0676. You can text that number back with questions or changes.
How you opt in
While your preview builds, we ask where to send your link. Texting is optional. The checkbox starts unchecked and reads:
Yes, text me my preview link and follow-ups about my website from KeepSite at this number. Texts may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Up to 8 msgs/week. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. SMS Terms. Privacy.
You can see the form itself on the SMS opt-in page.
If you leave it unchecked, we email your link instead. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can see a preview and buy without ever getting a text.
How often
Up to 8 messages per week. Most weeks it is fewer. Automated texts go out between 9 AM and 8 PM your local time; the text with your preview link goes out as soon as it is ready, because you just asked for it.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. KeepSite does not charge for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT work too. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that:
KeepSite: you're unsubscribed and won't get more texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
Telling us in your own words ("stop texting me") also works. Opting out of texts does not cancel a paid plan; to cancel a plan, see our Terms.
How to start again
Reply START or UNSTOP to the same number.
Help
Reply HELP for help, or email help@keepsite.cc. The HELP reply reads:
KeepSite: help with your website preview. Text your question here or email help@keepsite.cc. Reply STOP to opt out.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change affects what we text you or how often, we will text you about it first.
